Yes, WI-VOD allows you to temporarily suspend your account for only $7.00 per month for up to six months.

Q. I noticed WI-VOD does not provide email addresses, pop-up blockers, Spam and Virus software. Why is that?
The fact is WI-VOD has noticed that the majority of our clients already have software that performs
these critical functions. So, you keep using what you are already using and this keeps our rates
low. If you have a need for this kind of software please contact us at

Q. Where does WI-VOD service responsibility begin and end?
WI-VOD is a Wireless Internet Service Provider. We provide access to the Internet only. Once you
have successfully logged onto the service you are on the Internet. We cannot guarantee the performance
of other websites you may frequent. If you have problems with these websites please contact their
administrator. As always, WI-VOD will assist you with any issues you may have in trying to connect to
the Internet.
